Not the police, but the toxic ming
Now that your body is shiny and new looking on the outside, you have to turn your attention to the inside. This is where the real challenge begins.

Days 2-5
These days cannot really be broken down individually, because the same thing applies to all of them. Firstly diet. This doesn't mean nibbling lettuce, it refers to your food intake. The most important part of food intake is water. Your body needs water to cleanse and revitalize. Ideally, you should be consuming about 6-8 pints a day of plain water. This does not include fruit juices, lager or coffee.

Exercise
Rid toxins from your bod by pumping them out. Get the runners out and gently beast yourself. Make sure you sweat. Sweating is excretion and will flush detritious from your pungent skin.
